In 2015, Sharline Shaw walked onto a 500-square-meter factory floor with three sewing machines, two operators, and a simple conviction: procurement teams deserve better than middlemen.
While competitors were building sales offices and hiring account executives, we were building production lines. Every dollar went into machinery, material testing, and quality control — not sales commissions or glossy catalogs.
Twelve years later, that same conviction drives every decision. Our 10,000 SQM facility runs 12 dedicated production lines, serving procurement teams across construction, healthcare, hospitality, and heavy industry. When a client asks about fabric specs, lead times, or QC protocols, the answer comes from the production manager — not a sales script.

Sharline founded LantaoWork with a simple belief: procurement teams deserve a uniform manufacturer that delivers on its promises. Starting from a small workshop in Wuhan, she built the company from the ground up — handling sales, sourcing, and quality control herself in the early days. That hands-on experience shapes every decision she makes today.
Today, she leads a team of 150+ operators across a 10,000 SQM facility, but her approach hasn't changed. She still personally reviews quality reports and believes that leadership means understanding every step of the production process — from fabric inspection to final packaging. Under her watch, LantaoWork has earned every major industry certification and built a reputation for delivering on promises that larger distributors routinely break.
