Cut & Sew
Full-garment construction from raw fabric to finished product. Our 12 production lines handle shirts, pants, coveralls, jackets, and custom silhouettes — all cut, sewn, and finished by our 150+ operators on the same floor.
Embroidery
High-density industrial embroidery with up to 15 colors per design. Multi-head machines deliver consistent brand marks across thousands of units — no fading, no peeling, no crooked placement.
Screen Printing
Manual and automatic screen printing for bulk orders. Plastisol, water-based, and discharge inks available. Fine halftones, bold solids, and specialty effects — all cured for industrial wash durability.
Private Labeling
Your workwear brand, our production line. Custom woven labels, hang tags, care labels, and packaging — all applied at the factory. We never co-brand or cross-sell. Your client relationship stays yours.
Dye Sublimation
Full-color, edge-to-edge graphic printing for polyester fabrics. Sublimation dyes bond at the molecular level — the print never cracks, peels, or fades. Ideal for performance uniforms, team kits, and bold brand workwear.
Branded Packaging
Retail-ready packaging for your uniform line — your brand from the moment the box opens. Individual poly-bagging, branded boxes, insert cards, and barcode labeling — all done before the shipment leaves our dock.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
MOQ Requirements
Our standard MOQ starts at 50–100 units per style depending on the service. For custom-developed fabrics or specialized constructions, the MOQ may adjust based on material minimums and production complexity. We never inflate order minimums — if 50 units works for the production line, it works for us.
Sampling & Prototyping
Submit your tech pack or design brief. We produce physical samples within 7 working days. Digital 3D previews are available within 48 hours for design approval before cutting — saving time, fabric, and courier costs on international revisions.
Lead Times
Standard production lead time is 15-25 working days from sample approval, depending on order volume and complexity. Rush orders can be accommodated at 10-12 working days with priority line allocation. We commit to delivery dates — not estimates.
Payment Terms
Standard terms: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. For established ongoing partnerships, we offer net-30 terms after the third completed order. All payments via T/T bank transfer with full commercial invoice documentation.
Customization Rules
You control the design, we control the production. Custom patterns, fabric blends, trims, and finishes are all available. Minimum color consistency is guaranteed within Delta E ≤ 1.5 across all production batches. We provide lab dip approvals before bulk fabric dyeing.

No tech pack? No problem. Our in-house design team works from sketches, reference photos, or existing garments. We develop full tech packs with graded size charts, material specs, and construction details at no extra cost.
Packaging Solutions

QC Documentation
Every shipment comes with batch-level inspection reports, time-stamped QC photos, fabric test certificates, and AQL 2.5 compliance documents. Your HSE auditor gets everything they need — no chasing, no excuses.
Logistics & Shipping
FOB and DDP shipping from our Wuhan facility to 15+ countries. We handle customs documentation, freight forwarding, and delivery coordination. Full batch tracking from our dock to yours — every shipment, every time.
