Can you create custom patterns from our design sketches or inspiration images? + −
Absolutely. Our pattern-making team works from tech packs, sketches, reference garments, or even mood boards and inspiration photos. We'll develop a custom pattern, produce a fit sample in your chosen fabric, and ship it for your approval — typically within 10 business days. Revisions are included until the fit and silhouette are exactly right. This is a core part of our Silhouette Studio service.
What fabric options do you recommend for front-of-house staff who need to look crisp through a 10-hour shift? + −
Our most popular FOH fabric is a 4-way stretch cotton-poly-spandex blend with wrinkle-resistance technology. It moves with the body, resists creasing even after hours of bending and reaching, and comes out of the industrial dryer ready to wear — no ironing required. For warmer climates, we recommend our lightweight moisture-wicking poly-viscose with COOLMAX technology. Both options are available in our full color range with UV-stable dyes that won't fade after repeated industrial laundering.
How long does production take, from sampling to delivery? + −
Fit sampling takes 7–10 business days from pattern approval. Once the fit sample is signed off, bulk production runs 25–35 calendar days depending on order volume and complexity. For multi-property rollouts with barcode tracking and regional kitting, add 3–5 days for logistics processing. Rush production (18–22 days) is available for an expedite fee. We ship worldwide via air and sea freight, with DDP options for major markets.
Can you handle multi-property rollouts with different uniform specs per location? + −

We manage multi-property programs with location-specific specs — different colorways for different brands under the same group, different fabrics for different climates, and per-property logo variations. Each property's uniforms are kitted, barcoded, and carton-labeled for direct delivery — no central warehouse sorting required.
