Can I mix different coverall types — FR, hi-vis, and industrial — in one purchase order? + −
Yes. Different types run simultaneously on their dedicated lines and ship as one consolidated delivery. MOQ applies per style, not per PO.
What's the difference between Inherent FR and Treated FR fabrics — and which should I choose for my coveralls? + −
Inherent FR (Nomex, Kevlar) costs more upfront but protection is permanent. Treated FR (Proban/Pyrovatex cotton) costs less initially but may need earlier replacement. How do I verify that my bulk coverall order matches the certified lab sample? + −
We send randomly pulled samples from your production lot to an independent ISO 17025 lab (SGS, Intertek, or UL). The test report carries your PO number, fabric roll IDs, and trim specs — cross-reference it against your pre-production sample and techpack.
What quality inspection standards do you use for safety-critical coveralls? + −
AQL 2.5 for major defects, AQL 0.1 for safety-critical defects (closures, seams, labeling). Every order goes through inline inspection plus a final AQL sample check before packing.
