The Science

INK INTO FIBER,

Unlike screen printing or vinyl, dye sublimation doesn't sit on the fabric — it becomes the fabric. Heat and pressure convert solid dye directly into a gas that penetrates polyester fibers and bonds at the molecular level. The graphic is inside every thread, not on top.

Your artwork is color-calibrated to our printer profiles, printed onto transfer paper with sublimation inks, then heat-pressed at 200°C under controlled pressure. Every parameter is computer-controlled — identical output from first piece to last.

The process bonds dye to polyester at the molecular level, so fabric choice is everything. We stock 80+ workwear-grade polyester and poly-blend fabrics, each pre-qualified for ink absorption, color vibrancy, and industrial wash fastness — tested on our production line, not just a lab swatch.

We match fabric to application: lightweight moisture-wicking knits for performance wear, mid-weight interlock for corporate polos, heavy-duty blends for jackets and outerwear. Press temperature, pressure, and dwell time are calibrated per fabric — no generic settings.
