Our standing minimum is 100 pieces per style, across every category — coveralls, scrubs, hi-vis, corporate wear — with no per-category tiers. The quoted floor is 100 units per style; on multi-size, multi-color programs the effective minimum often lands at 200–300, because a run spreads across SKUs. First-time buyers usually start with a 100-piece pilot and scale into repeat programs from there.

You get a quote within 24 hours of sending specs, a digital proof within 48 hours, and a physical prototype in 7–10 days. Bulk production runs 25–35 working days depending on complexity and volume, then delivery — 5–12 days by air, 25–35 days by sea. Rush programs are possible; tell us your deadline and we'll confirm whether it's realistic before you commit.

Every project starts with a mutual NDA before we open your artwork, patterns, or tech pack. Your design runs in its own production lane and is never shared, reused, or shown to another buyer. We also offer exclusivity agreements that contractually prevent your design from being manufactured for anyone else. Floor staff and any subcontractor are bound by the same terms.

Standard terms are 30% deposit to begin production and 70% before shipment. After three completed orders we extend net-30 terms. We accept T/T wire, L/C, and trade assurance. Each milestone is tied to something you can verify — you see QC photos before the balance falls due.

Yes, and we encourage it. The facility sits in Dongxihu District, Wuhan (Hubei, China). We arrange airport pickup, a walk through the floor, and time with the production lead who will run your order. If travel isn't practical, we run live video walkthroughs of the line, including your garments mid-run.

We ship to 15+ countries. Sea freight is the cheapest option for bulk at 25–35 days; air freight lands in 5–12 days. We quote both FOB and DDP — DDP is the landed price at your door with duties and customs cleared. Freight is priced against your actual volume and destination once specs are locked, so you get a firm number instead of a vague estimate.
