01 Multi-Department Hospital Rollout

You choose the method (embroidery, heat transfer, or DTG digital print), placement (chest, sleeve, back, or collar), and size. 3D puff embroidery is available for a small surcharge. Yes — every order is produced from a single dye lot, verified by spectrophotometer at the fabric inspection stage before cutting. We cut tops and pants from the same fabric roll to guarantee a perfect match. For reorders, we retain a reference swatch from your original production run and match new dye lots to it with a Delta E tolerance of ≤ 1.0. Your navy scrub top from 2026 will match your navy scrub pants ordered in 2028.
