Custom Workwear Manufacturer — Built In-House, Shipped Direct
BULK & PRIVATE LABEL MANUFACTURER FROM CHINA
Uniforms shouldn't be the bottleneck in your business. We deliver factory-direct workwear with 7-10 day prototyping and a dedicated production line — just gear that ships when we say it will.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
If you've sourced workwear from overseas, you've probably lived through at least one of these nightmares. You're not alone.
Factory Gone Silent
Three weeks without an update. Emails bounce. Calls go to voicemail. Meanwhile, 200 workers are waiting for uniforms and your operations manager is asking questions you can't answer.
Sample Was Perfect. Bulk Wasn't.
The prototype was flawless. The 2,000-unit order? Wrong shade, stray threads, and seams pulling apart after three industrial washes. You shouldn't have to play quality roulette with every reorder.
Too Small for Serious Factories
"Minimum 5,000 units." You need 200. Good factories dismiss you. Bad factories take your money and deliver junk. You're stuck between impossible minimums and unacceptable quality.
Stuck in Customs. Again.
Your shipment has been sitting at the port for 11 days. Demurrage fees are clocking at $120/day. The freight forwarder stopped answering emails. Meanwhile, the peak season launch window is closing.
WHO THIS IS FOR
We've served every type of uniform buyer. Find the role below — if you recognize yourself, we should talk.
"5,000 uniforms across 12 locations, and not a single sizing error can slip through."
Centralized supply chain management, batch-level QC documentation, automated re-ordering, single vendor accountability.
One invoice. One contact. Zero calls from regional managers about missing shipments.
"Finding a factory that won't poach clients and can actually handle custom designs — that's the real challenge."
Private label programs, custom packaging, design support, wholesale pricing tiers.
Scale the catalog without adding headcount. Our factory becomes your invisible back-end — consistent quality, your branding, zero channel conflict.
"Every audit, they ask for the test reports. If the paperwork isn't right, the whole shipment gets rejected."
FR-rated gear, ANSI-compliant hi-vis, documented batch testing, full compliance audit trails.
Each shipment includes digital QC reports with time-stamped photos. The audit file builds itself.
"Walk into any factory with a 200-unit order and watch them lose interest in 30 seconds. The good ones don't take small brands seriously."
Low-MOQ custom designs, 3D digital sampling, tech pack development, brand scaling support.
Start at 100 units. Grow to 50,000. Same production line, same quality standards, no factory-switching.
"The uniforms need to survive 100+ industrial washes a week and still look sharp enough for a lobby that charges $400 a night."
Premium fabrics, custom tailoring, color consistency, wash-and-wear convenience.
Staff will actually want to wear their uniforms. That changes everything — morale, reviews, retention.
WHAT WE FORGE
From technical fabric sourcing to final inspection, each garment passes through our production line. No outsourcing.
Crews walk onto the job site knowing their gear passed all tests — so you never have to explain a safety violation. ANSI-compliant, FR-rated, all seams double-stitched, all panels lab-tested, and zero safety write-ups at the end of the quarter. Typical lead time: 15-20 days.
Teams walk into any room looking like they belong to one company — not five different suppliers. Custom embroidery, woven labels, and precision fit, so one brand means one standard, across the entire workforce. Typical lead time: 15-20 days.
ANSI-rated vests, protective outerwear, and specialized PPE engineered for all-day wear. Third-party lab tested with full compliance docs per batch — paperwork ready before your auditor asks, not scrambled together after. Typical lead time: 15-20 days.
Antimicrobial scrubs and fluid-resistant lab coats that meet clinical standards without feeling clinical. Moisture-wicking, wrinkle-resistant — still looking sharp after a 12-hour shift. Typical lead time: 15-20 days.
Tactical polos, formal guard suits, and duty trousers with reinforced stitching built for 24/7 operations. Custom badges and insignia included, so badges, uniforms, and outerwear all come from one supplier. Typical lead time: 15-20 days.
Front desk blazers, housekeeping tunics, and F&B server attire in wrinkle-resistant, stain-repellent fabrics. Any PMS color, and from check-in to checkout guests see one cohesive brand — not a different uniform at every counter. Typical lead time: 15-20 days.
FR, chemical-splash, and anti-static coveralls built to ISO 11612 and NFPA 2113. Reinforced YKK zippers, 10+ pocket configurations for oil & gas, mining, and chemical processing — one suit that handles fire, chemicals, and static so you carry fewer SKUs. Typical lead time: 18-25 days.
ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 2 & 3 vests, jackets, and trousers with 3M Scotchlite reflective tape. Breathable mesh for summer, weatherproof for winter — certified visible after 50+ washes. One order covers all seasons, all classes. Typical lead time: 15-20 days.
Precision-tailored blazers, dress shirts, polo tops, trousers, and skirts built to withstand daily wear across multiple school years. Custom crest embroidery in any PMS color for single academies or district-wide rollouts — parents buy once, not semester after semester. Typical lead time: 20-25 days.

THE RAW MATERIALS
Each garment starts with the right fiber. Our material library spans 200+ certified fabrics, each tested for the conditions the workforce actually faces.
Functional Fabric Sourcing
We source anti-static, flame-resistant, antimicrobial, moisture-wicking, high-tenacity, and fluid-resistant fabrics from audited mills. All bolts are tested before they hit the cutting table — tensile strength, color fastness, flame spread, moisture transfer. If it can't handle the job, it doesn't make the line.

CERTIFICATIONS
Every order ships with its proof — OEKO-TEX, CE, EN ISO, and an independent TÜV SÜD test report. Your audit trail is in hand before the container docks.

REAL RESULTS
Each result ties back to batch records, lab test reports, and purchase logs your team can audit — not a brochure claim.
Field crews and maintenance staff worked mixed-hazard zones. Four regional suppliers, four fabric specs, and no batch record of which garment protected which worker left a flash-fire compliance gap.
Consolidated to an audit-ready, finished-garment-certified NFPA 2112 FR coverall program — one spec, one supplier, batch-level certification files in hand.
An ASTM F1930 manikin measured 42% predicted body burn at 3 seconds on a fabric that "passes" NFPA 2112 — rejected. We wanted a safety margin, not a pass score.
Twelve department managers bought scrubs through separate channels, killing volume leverage. The same ICU role wore three to five scrub specs across seven sites, and $45K a year burned on rush orders.
Centralized the SKU catalog and re-specified scrubs to a role-based set, consolidated vendors into one contract, then added RFID issue-and-return controls.
Wash-tested to under 3% shrinkage across 50 commercial laundry cycles — the figure was validated in our own lab before the first bulk unit.
High-temperature industrial laundry destroyed conventional polyester blends after 15 wash cycles. $40K a year went to premature replacements, and logo-stamped uniforms sent to landfill threatened their ESG certifications.
Switched to a 100% recycled GRS/GOTS fabric engineered for 250 wash cycles, with a closed-loop take-back and recycling program.
Recycled 600D polyester snapped at 215 lbs, matching virgin — after a 15% weave-density fix closed the pilling gap.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
ABOUT CUSTOM WORKWEAR
How do you guarantee color consistency across batches? + −
We use spectrophotometer color matching with digital records for each dye lot. Fabric is tested under D65 lighting before cutting. Past batch samples are retained in our QC archive for 24 months — each reorder is compared against the original approved swatch, not just the most recent batch. If a color drifts beyond Delta E 1.5, we catch it before a single garment is cut.
How does sampling work? Can I see a sample before committing? + −
Yes. We offer two paths: 3D digital samples delivered within 48 hours (zero material waste, ideal for design iteration), and physical prototypes shipped within 7-10 days. Most clients approve digitally, then order a single physical pre-production sample for final sign-off. Sampling costs are credited against your bulk order.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? + −
Our standard MOQ starts at 100 units per style/color for most garment types. For custom designs, we can accommodate orders as low as 100 units during the sampling phase. As your volumes grow, our pricing scales accordingly — the same production line handles both small pilot runs and 50,000-unit bulk orders. Contact us with specifications for an exact MOQ tailored to your design.
What are the payment terms? + −
Standard terms are 30% deposit to begin production, 70% before shipment. For established relationships (3+ orders), we offer net-30 terms. We accept wire transfer, L/C, and trade assurance. Each payment milestone is tied to a verifiable deliverable — you'll see QC photos before the balance is due.
Can you do private labeling and custom packaging? + −
Absolutely. We offer a complete white-label program: woven labels, hang tags, poly bags, and cartons — all with your branding. Custom packaging designs, barcode/UPC labeling, and retail-ready packaging are standard options. We can also dropship directly to customers under the client's brand. No mention of LantaoWork anywhere on the final product.
Do you ship worldwide? + −
Yes. We ship to 15+ countries via air freight (5-12 days) and sea freight (25-35 days). We offer both FOB and DDP shipping terms from our Wuhan facility. Our logistics team handles customs documentation, and we provide real-time shipment tracking for each order.
What design files do you accept? + −
We accept AI, PSD, PDF, CDR, DXF, and DWG files for designs. For tech packs, we work with PDF, Excel spec sheets, or your internal PLM exports. Our 3D sampling team can also work from reference photos and measurements if you don't have formal design files — just tell us what you need.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY
“Outfitting 2,400 field crew across 19 active job sites used to mean juggling three different suppliers. Since switching to LantaoWork, it's one order, one delivery date — and the FR ratings actually hold up after 50 industrial washes.”
“Buying FR coveralls for offshore crews, the paperwork matters as much as the product. Every shipment from LantaoWork arrives with batch-level test reports, ISO 11612 certs, and time-stamped QC photos. The HSE audit team finally has what they need without chasing anyone down.”
“Finding uniforms that look premium but survive 100+ industrial washes a week — across 12 properties — sounded impossible. LantaoWork matched our brand palette exactly. Now it's one PO, one delivery, one invoice instead of five separate vendors.”
“Medical scrubs are a compliance item, not just apparel. LantaoWork's antimicrobial fabric passed the infection control committee review in one meeting — the AATCC 100 test data was already in the documentation. 4,500 staff across nine facilities with zero quality rejects.”
“The previous supplier's reflective tape would degrade after 30 washes. LantaoWork's samples made it through a 50-wash torture test without delamination. Eighteen months in and every quarterly reorder has been flawless — same specs, same quality, no surprises.”
